Stress Counselling

Counselling and Therapy for Sress Management

Stress is an inevitable part of life and our ability to manage it often dictates how it affects us. A certain amount of stress can be positive as it can fuel and motivate us to achieve our goals, however when stress becomes too much or we doubt our ability to handle it, it can become detrimental. Too much stress actually stops us achieving what we want to!

Some symptoms of stress may include:

  • Poor concentration

  • Irritability

  • Disturbed sleep

  • Feeling overwhelmed and/or helpless

  • Feeling tired

How therapy can help

Having the space to explore the reasons for your stress and identify both practical and emotional techniques to manage it more effectively can be helpful in promoting a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

If you feel it would be helpful to speak with a therapist, please contact me
