Clinical Supervision
Supervision is a collaborative process which allows counsellors and psychotherapists the space to reflect on their work and continuing professional development to ensure safe, ethical and competent practice.

My supervision style is warm, open and supportive with a commitment to building an authentic and meaningful relationship in which the therapist feels safe, respected, heard and supported to share their clinical work.

My supervision practice focuses on;

Client Well-being: Ensuring that the therapy given to clients meets professional and ethical standards
Skills Development: Helping the therapist to enhance their therapeutic skills, case formulation, and intervention strategies

Professional Identity: Supporting the therapists’ growth as a reflective, competent and autonomous practitioner

Accountability: Providing oversight and guidance where necessary to ensure that clinical practice aligns with ethical and legal obligations

Emotional Support: Offering a safe space to process emotional reactions, promote self-care, identifying potential signs of burnout and reducing isolation when working in private practice

I am currently undertaking my supervision training and offer clinical supervision for both student and qualified therapists, drawing on decades of experience to support competent, ethical and reflective practice.

I offer a free initial 15 minute video consultation which gives us the opportunity to meet and discuss a little further how we may be able to work together.

I work online via either WhatsApp or Whereby to adults within the UK.

I am offering a 50% discount on my fees whilst training.
